Physical Fitness Assessment


Sessions will consist of all or some Cardio, Resistance Training, Sports Specific Conditioning, Free Weight, Circuit and Core Conditioning.
 

Who, What and Why….

Physical Fitness Assessments are offered to new members as part of the joining fee. Assessments are done by appointment only, with a certified personal trainer.

 

Who:

Anyone who is apparently healthy and desires to have some “baseline” data in order to track personal progress.
 

What:

A test of the Five Components of Fitness evaluating current health and fitness status.
 

FIVE COMPONENTS OF FITNESS:
  • Cardio Respiratory

  • Muscular Strength

  • Muscular Endurance

  • Flexibility

  • Body Composition

 

Why: 

Allows individuals to assess what kind of workout and goals will best serve them!
